This wine is made from grapes harvested from the Yakima Valley on 10/3/07. It was destemmed and crushed the same day. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 23 days. The wine matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Harvested from grapes harvested Yakima Valley on 10/15/08. The grapes were destemmed, pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days. The wine was then tank aged for 7 months. This is a dry Riesling with no residual sugar.

Harvested from grapes from Lake Chelan on 9/27/09. The grapes were destemmed, pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 13 days. The wine was then tank aged for 7 months. This is a semi-dry Gewurztraminer with 1.8% sugar.

Harvested from grapes from Yakima Valley on 10/20/2008. The grapes were destemmed, pressed on the same day giving the light platinum color. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 16 days. The wine was barrel aged for 13 months in neutral French oak barrels. This is a dry Pinot Gris with no residual sugar and a hint of wood.
