This wine is made from grapes harvested from Les Collines Vineyard and Spofford Station Vineyard in Walla Walla Valley. It was fermented in stainless steel for 28 days and aged in French Oak for 18 months. This dry Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby red with an intriguing nose of cedar, olives, herbs, spice box, violets, and black cherry. Harvested from grapes harvested Yakima Valley on 10/15/08. The grapes were destemmed, pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days. The wine was then tank aged for 7 months. This is a dry Riesling with no residual sugar. $18 Harvest Date: October 15, 2008 100 cases produced |

Harvested from grapes from Yakima Valley on 10/20/2008. The grapes were destemmed, pressed on the same day giving the light platinum color. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 16 days. This wine is deep red in color and velvety in texture. The grapes were destemmed and crushed the same day then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days. The 2008 Lemberger is a medium body wine aged in a mix of new and older French Oak for 18 months. The tobacco and pepper combined with cherry and strawberry notes enhances the spicy flavors making this an ideal food wine.
