This wine is made from grapes harvested from the Yakima Valley. It was destemmed and crushed the same day. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days and the wine matured in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Harvested from grapes from Yakima Valley on 10/25/07. The grapes were destemmed, pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days. The wine was then tank aged for 7 months. This is a dry Riesling with no residual sugar.

This wine is made from grapes harvested from the Yakima Valley on 10/18/06. This wine was produced using a technique called Carbonic Maceration, where the fruit literally ferments from the inside out. This gives the wine its unique color with full fruit forward on the nose and palate. This wine aged in French oak for 13 months.
